Wooden Surfboard Repair Kit

Here you can find various Paulownia wooden surfboard repair kits depending on your repair needs.

If you are a customer of ours, we will happily take in your surfboard and repair it for you. Please get in touch if you would like to fo this.

Kits are supplied depending on the required size of the repair area and the type of repair (home or professional repair). The repair size specifies the size of the pre-cut wooden repair piece.

For a home repair you will only need one repair kit, one Stanley knife and one hour of work. Home repairs are finished with a resin infused fiberglass patch while professional repairs are finished with fiberglass and resin.

Home repair kits include:

• 1 pre-cut wood piece (chamferred)
• Masking tape
• Gloves
• Glue
• Sandpaper (120, 240, 400 and 600)
• Fiberglass infused SimplePatch(s)

Professional repair kits include:

• 1 pre-cut wood piece (chamfered)
• Masking tape
• Gloves
• Glue
• Sandpaper (120, 240, 400 and 600)

Please note that if you are performing a professional repair, you will need to supply the fiberglass, resin, squeegee and brush to complete the repair in a professional manner.
