Shipping and delivery
Everything is dispatched from Sydney, NSW. How it travels depends on what you order.
Surfboard hardware
Vented leash plugs, surfboard vents, and fin boxes are sent with Australia Post, within Australia and internationally. Email info@sinesurf.com if you would like a postage quote before you order.
Paulownia timber
Paulownia timber over 1 m in length is sent with a range of couriers, and we choose whichever is most economical for your delivery address. Email us with your postcode and what you need and we will quote the freight.
Surfboards and stock boards
Surfboards, and stock boards in particular, are sent from Sydney with Surfreight, a specialist surfboard freight service. Surfreight packs each board in a board bag, and we only send boards to locations Surfreight services. Stock boards can be bought online. Made to order boards are arranged by enquiry.
Where Surfreight travels: Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, the Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong, and Torquay, with a link to Perth and Margaret River in Western Australia. Runs follow a schedule: weekly between the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Byron Bay, fortnightly between the Sunshine Coast and Sydney's Northern Beaches, and about every six weeks to Torquay. Melbourne boards meet Surfreight in Torquay or at the Ardeer North 711 service centre on the Western Ring Road. Locations off the regular route can be handed over at a main freeway exit or service station.

These are based on Surfreight's published rates, which are the same in either direction, so Sydney to the Sunshine Coast costs the same as the Sunshine Coast to Sydney. Freight is charged in addition to the board price, and we confirm the exact amount for your address before the board goes out. Not sure whether you are on a route?
